STEVEN ZHAO

I am currently an architectural designer at Matano Kang Architects. I graduated from UC Berkeley’s College of Environmental Design with B.A. in Architecture and a minor in City and Regional Planning. I am passionate about designing innovative, sustainable, and equitable architecture that builds community and improves wellbeing from the individual scale to the city. Outside of studio, I enjoy cooking, hiking, and growing houseplants!
